A brand new photoshoot (a really hot one, btw) Rob did for Details Magazine has been added to the gallery, also here’s an extract from the interview:

It’s the unseasonably cold November of 2008 when I go to New York’s Bowery Hotel. There’s a young man sitting in the garden, wrapped in about nine black sweaters and wearing a wool hat, smoking cigarettes, sipping a latte the size of his head, and furiously making notes on a script in the bitter cold. I have read about teenage girls lighting themselves on fire in front of his hotel, but at the moment Robert Pattinson is warming his hands on a coffee cup.Hello, I’m Jenny. “Okay. I’m Rob. Um . . . would you like some fries? With gravy?”Allen Coulter, the director of Hollywoodland and a creative force behind The Sopranos, has sent me. He was thinking about doing this movie—it wasn’t quite there yet, but I should “come meet Rob.”

girls, i used to like him because i thought he is a role model for teenagers. how come he has cheapened himself to do this photoshoots. and the interview, that was worse. so, the real robert pattinson has really came out of the closet. kristen, go back to michael angarano, he is a more decent guy than this rpattz…duhhhh. don’t be in arelationship with this kind of guy…so cheap…some shots are materials for pornography…

I never thought of him as a role model for teenagers, but this shoot was weird! I don’t think he chose the particular setting of the shoot, but its more like part of the job, being an actor and really putting himself out there, way out there! LOL! Yeh the naked models are a bit disturbing but its just a photoshoot, a weird one.

I know he is a real person and not perfect and he is just as flawed as we all are. I am disappointed in the shoot though. I do not feel like it was “artistic.” I just cannot imagine being a model standing all day there like that being photographed. It just really cheapens the shots and makes them very strange and uncomfortable looking. I think it is just degrading to women in general. They certainly are presented as objects just like the furniture in the room. I sort of take the interviews people do with a grain of salt unless they say it on camera or radio. It is hard to know the context of a situation when someone says something and with what tone, etc. All in all, I am disappointed, but I am still a fan of his work, and I think he is humble and honest. I cannot imagine what it must be like for all of them to have their lives change so quickly. I am glad Rob and Kristen keep us in the dark about their personal lives. I think it might change the way I see them together on screen, and they are so young with so much ahead of them.

And…. I think Kristen is smart for not talking about her personal life. I hope she tries as hard as she can to keep that part of her life without letting go. I love the fact that she really cares about her work, and she is not worried about which party she is going to go to next. I am a dreamer, but I hope Rob and Kristen and the whole cast of Twilight remain friends for a long time and that it brings them all closer together.

This interview and photoshoot is beyond over the top, it’s tasteless. Not artisitc in any way. It was extremely degrading to women – and Rob agreed to this. His comments about female anatomy were not funny. They are just plain disturbing. If Kristen is with Rob, I have one word for her – RUN! She deserves soo much better.

This photoshoot does NOTHING to advance Robert Pattinson’s credibility as an actor. If anything, he is starting to look like a pimp! I don’t understand why he feels the need to do every g.d. magazine spread that comes along. The photos in Details seem to have no purpose – I mean, why? – and his comments about female body parts are lousy. Maybe he meant them to be funny – but it doesn’t come across in print. I am beginning to feel that Kristen Stewart (who I adore) was far better off with Michael Angarano.

This is just a photoshoot!! He is an adult, afterall, we need to see Robert, in a different way than the twilight saga, he is emerging as an adult actor, who needs to be treated
seriously, I might not like the modles, but I like the whole combination of the shoot , it is
art people! and it is not cheap…He is free to do what he wants, and we must respect that
not judge. He did not miss treat Kristen, so why would she be better off with Michael, that is why she wants to keep her personal life private, if we react to a photoshoot n this way, then might as well, to keep their relationship private. I liked Robert before, but now
I like him even more, and respect him…Besides the interview iteslf is, shows his sense of humor, that might be off for some, but he is joking people, about the female parts!
He is shy and has a very strange way of expressing himself, but at least his is being honest and open ….Come on people, give him a little credit ..

I agree with you Eileen! Plus Pattinson is not an innocent 17 year old Edward! He was acting that part! LOL! Hes what 23 or 24, hes an adult! I don’t like the style of that mag and the photoshoot, but its just a photoshoot! And his comments on being allergic, I think that was his way of expressing that it was an awkward thing to do for 12 hours! What did people expect him to say? I enjoyed looking at v’s for 12 hours? LOL!

I still like him. Check out his new behind the scenes interview for Remember Me. I much prefer getting things straight from the horses’ mouth. Print interviews can get sooooo twisted. I think that is why Rob and Kristen are so careful with what they say and think it through first when on camera. Sometimes you notice a few seconds pause before they answer. You can see the wheels turning! The reporter for this interview did not do a good job. Sarcasm does not come across that well on paper. They went for the schock factor and picked the random things he said and made them his life values!!!! I did love his interview with Matt Lauer on The Today Show! Have you seen that one? He says YES to every single rumor ever… dating nonstop, doing drugs, having a baby, etc., etc…. , but you know he is being fecicous (okay, I had to look up the spelling). Still a Rob and Kristen fan!!! I hope that they are really close in real life. Still, I like his other photoshoots much better; this one not so much. It does not change my view of him overall just disappointed in this one.

If it was an awkward thing for Rob to do for 12 hours – why did he do it??? It is just a photoshoot – yes, and void of good taste or purpose. He’s had more publicity so far than many actors get in a lifetime. I think he could have passed this one up.

First of all we don’t really know Rob/Kristen… we are a fan of them. But do we really know them … NO! and they are actors every interview is diff.and it depends on the interviewer too. And for crying out loud he’s 24 only so much to learn and grow about and to think he has two sister and a mom, and saying that degrading women of he’s comment is totalli a BULL! and to judge him with that, is not right. And about kristen is better off with M is now(getting into my nerve)…..A BIG SH@T. You can’t tell people who to fall inlove with. Rob talk and say things you live and learn if he make mistake( who does not, anyway) let him learn and gorw up in he’s way plus millions of people have there opion weighing on he’s shoulder too. its not easy being Rob i think and we as a fan hope to be supportive on him, same with Kristen. I love them no matter project or comment they say GO ROBSTEN all the way.

I think they are both going to be at the BAFTA awards in London. It is like the English Oscars. I think it comes on Sunday. Maybe on BBCA. Just FYI. I think Rob is presenting and Kristen is up for an award! Pretty cool.
